Book News: Eminem Wrote a Book!
October 23rd, 2008Kind of. It’s actually a coffee table book. A $40 coffee table book called, defiantly, The Way I Am. From The Boston Herald:
As a writer, Mathers steers readers through his rap beginnings in Detroit, the fateful meeting with Dr. Dre that launched his career, and the challenges of branching out into acting and producing. Along the way he drops details that ardent fans will appreciate.
Sounds like a combination of his albums and 8 Mile.
I’m not a big Eminem fan…he is a pretty talented rapper…but I guess I’m not quite cool enough to get it.
Still…it will be interesting to see if anyone buys this book.
