		<description>Nine kids and all those books...she most likely does not have time to go buy a new typewriter. But I agree that a computer would be way easier. And since she is blogging, I assume she has one. Maybe she likes the click-clack.

No, I never read one of her books either. But someone is.

		<description>I think there&#039;s something quaint about the idea of a 1946 typewriter, but I don&#039;t understand how any serious writer could knowingly pass up the opportunity to use the delete keys, to cut and paste things, and to re-work paragraphs without having to start that page all over again. Computers may be evil, but they&#039;re damn convenient when it comes to editing. Those are my two cents. It will probably be a cold day in hell before I read a Danielle Steele book.</description>
