Book News: Buzz Aldrin Writing a Memoir
October 9th, 2008Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon, is writing a memoir titled Magnificent Desolation: The Long Road Home from the Moon. I am constantly amazed that 12 people have walked on the moon. The Moon! From cnn.com:
“Magnificent Desolation: The Long Road Home from the Moon” will be published next year by Harmony Books, in time for the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing.
I will be very interested to read this memoir. Only 11 other people in the history of the world really know what Aldrin went through, so it will be pretty cool to see what he says about it.
