Book News: All Obama All The Time!

September 7th, 2008

There is a lot of Barack Obama book related news right now. Apparently there are a lot of anti-Obama books on the market. From the Wall Street Journal:

The Associated Press reported last week that three anti-Obama books were in the top 20 list on Amazon.com. Currently, Corsi’s book as well as “The Case Against Barack Obama: The Unlikely Rise and Unexamined Agenda of the Media’s Favorite Candidate” by David Freddoso remain on that list.

I wonder why people are buying these books. Theoretically, the people buying the books do not want Obama to win. So if they get their wish…these books will have no value and no one will care about him at all. If Obama does win, then they will have plenty more chances to read anti-Obama books. No patience I guess.

Then from globeandmail.com:

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will release a policy book on Sept. 9 called Change We Can Believe In: Barack Obama’s Plan to Renew America’s Promise.

Featuring several of his most famous speeches and essays written by his campaign staff, the paperback will cost $15.95 and be released by Three Rivers Press, an imprint of Crown Publishing, which published the politician’s previous two books, Dreams From My Father and The Audacity of Hope, both bestsellers.

WOW! Sounds like a super exciting read! Old speeches and policy lies that he will never implement if he wins!!!There is a lot of Barack Obama book related news right now.  At least it’s only 16 bucks.

(note: that is an anti-politician comment, not an anti-Obama statement. McCain won’t implement whatever policy he wants to either and my politcal views are totally irrelevant for this blog.  Except for snarky comments of course.)
