		<description>Computing as a utility sounds interesting.  Working for a state government in computing, we use it for all human resources, like payroll, hiring, job placements, etc.  So sounds like a good read.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And for the Walton story, it did run out Mom and Pop retailers, but those were not hiring the amount of people that Wal-Mart does.  So Wal-Mart probably added more jobs, which give cities and towns more payroll and sales taxes.  I am going to have to read this too!</description>
